Most of the Computer manufacture (Components too) companies have stepped up to the world of mobiling. Still the "Processor Giant" Intel is categorized as backward since it has no improvements in mobilizing their features. Some news about Intel powered smartphones were published in web in 2010 which was an uncompleted dream And news never stops it's continuation.
As per the latest report of Intel at CES 2012, We can expect some Android Smartphone With Intel Inside Brand Name (May be Lenovo Or Motorola). Those Intel Powered smartphones are making way for a tight competition between "ARM" and Intel. Lenovo executive Liu Jun, said the company would start shipping its new Intel-based Android smartphone in the second quarter of this year in China. Meanwhile, Motorola Mobility CEO Sanjay Jha announced that the company has signed a multiyear deal with Intel to put its chips in multiple devices, the first of which should hit the market in the second half of this year.
Such devices is expected to have "Medfield Chip" which has only size smaller than fingertip. This chip collaborates the features of x86, RAM, Graphic Processing. Company also offers high energy efficiency and 8 Hours 3G Talktime, 6 Hours 1080p Video Recording, and 5 Hours of 3G Internet browsing. Currently, Medfield is developed for Smartphones and soon it will be offered in Tablet PCs too.
